ACT ONE DOWN!!!
It's done it's done it's done! Act One is done! Finally! Woohoo! I was cold reading it a while ago to see how long it takes and it gave me a lump in my throat towards the end. I'm not sure though if it's because I've just realized how personal the piece turned out to be or because of sheer relief. Whatever the reason my be, I'm so happy it's done!
But I'm nervous as well because I'm meeting my thesis adviser this afternoon and I'm going to show her the draft for the first time and this morning when I took a one-hour nap, I dreamt she didn't like it.
Cross your fingers for me, please?
