In one night, a guy figure sat on the couch on his living room while looked at the clock in front of him. The clock strike at 9 PM actually, it’s considered not to late for someone he waited but he just felt it’s not right if that certain someone didn’t come home yet. He just late for 30 minutes actually and it’s usual, but the guy felt worried about it.
“Yuto, why you took so long?” The guy, Ryosuke, said. He sighed and then continued to stare at the clock. After waited for some seconds, finally the front door opened showed him the tall figure he wait for long.
“Yuto~” Ryosuke walked toward his spouse and cling to his arm. Yuto gave him a warm smile while took off his shoes.
“Why you took so long Yuto? I am worried something bad happen to you.” The shorter said again while help Yuto to place his coat and bag. Yuto just ruffled his hair before said, “Don’t worry Ryo-chan, I just have gathering with Yuya and Kota.”
“And it’s not like I come too late. Usually if I have gathering I will came on 10PM or 11 PM and you didn’t worried like that.” Yuto said. Ryosuke just pouted.
“It’s right for me to worried about you, because you’re my spouse. Beside, I really miss you, you know.” Ryosuke said while puffed his cheek. Yuto just chuckled and shook his head in amusement. His spouse usually didn’t cling like this, but recently he had been so clingy.
“Yuto, carry me to our room..” Ryosuke said with puppy eyes while spreaded his arm. Yuto frowned but after looked at those puppy eyes he couldn’t resist, he just obeyed and took his spouse bridal style. Ryosuke smiled happily and snuggled on Yuto’s chest.
“Do you already have your dinner?” Ryosuke asked while tightened his hold on Yuto’s neck when they climbed the stairs and Yuto nodded.
“How about you?” Yuto asked and Ryosuke nodded.
“I have, but it’s only a little. I don’t have appetite at all.” Ryosuke replied. It’s confusing for him too, because the dinner, it’s Yuto that send it by delivery and it’s his favorite. However, Ryosuke even didn’t eat half of it.
Yuto then looked at him in concern. “Are you sick, Ryo-chan? Recently you have little appetite.” Yuto asked with worried tone, but Ryosuke shook his head.
“No, Yuto. Don’t worry, I am fine. Maybe just tired from work.” He reassured his taller spouse that sometimes could be a worrywart. They arrive on their room and then Yuto laid Ryosuke on their huge bed.
“I think you gain weight, Ryo-chan.” Yuto said while catch his breath. “You are heavier than the last time I carry you.” Yuto said again while change his clothes, his back faced his spouse. “I’m wonder why you gain weight while you have little appetite recently.” He said again, this time while he prepare to went to bathroom. Yuto frowned when didn’t hear the reply from his spouse, and he turn back his body only to found Ryosuke glared angrily at him.
“NAKAJIMA YUTO!” Ryosuke exclaimed and Yuto a bit surprised.
“Eh?” Yuto murmured confused while looked at his fuming spouse. Ryosuke only said his full name if the shorter angry toward him, then it’s mean Ryosuke angry toward him? Why? Yuto so confuse now.
“Dont ‘Eh’ me, Nakajima Yuto!” Ryosuke exclaimed again. “You said I am fat!” The shorter said then he covered his face on both of his palms.
“EHHH?” It’s Yuto’s turn to exclaimed in confusion.
“I didn’t say you’re fat Ryo-chan..” Yuto said softly and approached his spouse. Yuto hold his shoulder gently but Ryosuke spat his hand away.
“You said it! You said I gain weight, it’s mean you said I’m fat!” Ryosuke said still covered his face. Yuto just sighed. Now, came Ryosuke’s moody self. He didn’t know what happen to his spouse, he easily changed his mood nowadays. Like now, once he act sweet and clingy then suddenly he became mad like this. Usually, if Yuto said that Ryosuke gain weight, then the shorter will let it be.
“Ryo-chan, I don’t said that you fat. I just said that you gain weight, and moreover it’s just a little bit. I am sorry okay..” Yuto said patiently.
“Still, it means you said I’m fat! What if you see me as ugly person then start to search for other person..” Ryosuke said softly while tried hard to not cry. Yuto sighed and this time he embraced the shorter guy.
“Ryo-chan..” Yuto called softly. “Although you become fat, you become ugly, I don’t care. I love you as the way you are. I love you inside and outside, and I love your inner beauty. So please, don’t worry, I won’t leave you ever. You know that I can’t live without you.” Yuto said while caressed Ryosuke’s hair gently. Slowly, Ryosuke released his palms from his face then he looked at Yuto with his innocent face.
“Hontou?” Ryosuke asked softly and Yuto nodded while gave his brightest smile to Ryosuke. “I love you so much Ryo-chan..” The taller said again and that earned him a bright smile from Ryosuke.
“I love you too Yuto~” Ryosuke said and hugged the taller guy. Yuto just chuckled before he asked, “So you don’t angry with me now?”
Yuto could feel Ryosuke shook his head. “No, I’m not angry at you anymore. But please, don’t say it like that again ne~” Ryosuke said and Yuto nodded.
“Okay, I promise. Now, let’s sleep okay, let me take a bath first.” Yuto said then want to distangled himself from Ryosuke, but the shorter hold his wrist storngly, didn’t want to let go of him.
“Hug me until I fall asleep ne~ Yuto~” Ryosuke said, once again gave him his puppy eyes.
“But, I still smelly Ryo-chan. You will be uncomfortable.” Yuto said. However, Ryosuke pouted.
“I don’t care! You must hug me first until I fall asleep!” Ryosuke said while crossed his arm. Didn’t want his spouse angry again, Yuto just obeyed.
“Okay then, now let sleep.” Yuto said and Ryosuke smiled happily. Yuto laid their body on the bed and Ryosuke started to snuggled on Yuto’s chest. Yuto felt fluffy when Ryosuke act cute and spoiled like that. He started to hummed Ryosuke’s favorite song until the shorter fell asleep, although inside his mind he was confuse. His spouse really act weird recently. Moody, then act too clingy to him, moreover he gain weight although Ryosuke just had little appetite. Yuto looked at his spouse’s sleeping face and caressed his cheek gently.
“What happen to you, Ryo-chan?” Yuto murmured to himself. He just hope nothing bad happen to his shorter spouse.
Of course Yuto was clueless. They’re not a normal couple, although they did ‘bed activity’ on the night like normal couple usually did. If it’s happen to the normal couple, woman and man, then of course they will knew about it.

Ryosuke felt nausea again and while he covered his mouth he ran toward the bathroom and vommiting again. After he vomit all the contents on his stomach, he catched his breath and clean his mouth then walked tiredly toward the living room. His friends looked at him worried.
“Ryosuke, are you sure you okay?” Daiki approached him worriedly while support him to sat on the couch. While Hikaru handed him a glass of water that he received gladly. After he gulped the water, he nodded.
“But you don’t look okay, Ryosuke. From what I see until today, this is the worst case of your nausea and vomiting. You need to tell Yuto and go to the doctor. You already like this almost on every morning for these past two weeks.” Hikaru said, but Ryosuke shook his head.
“No, I can’t tell Yuto. He, Yuya and Kota now are carry on the new project. I don’t want to make him worried. He need to focus on it.” Ryosuke reasoned out. It’s already two weeks since Ryosuke had nausea and vomiting period on the morning, however today was the worst case until he need to came back home with Daiki and Hikaru to accompany him. It’s fortunate Ryosuke’s workplace, also Hikaru and Daiki workplace is a kindergarten and the headmaster really kind so she permitted Ryosuke came back home with Hikaru and Daiki.
“But Ryosuke, you know that Yuya can help him.” Daiki said while referring to his spouse, Yuya.
“Yeah, and Kota also reliable in it. So for sure he will help Yuto too.” Hikaru also said and referred to Kota, his spouse.
Ryosuke sighed and still shook his head. “I understand your worry guys, but I know Yuto. He will completely leave his work if he worried about me. Moreover, I think it’s nothing serious. Maybe I’m just tired and need rest.” Ryosuke replied.
Hikaru and Daiki want to argued, but then Ryosuke covered his mouth again and dashed toward the bathroom. Once again Daiki and Hikaru sighed worriedly when heard Ryosuke’s sound of vomiting.
While Ryosuke, when he vomited, he thought hard what actually happen to him. Suddenly, he felt dizzy. This is the first time he felt it. He pressed his temple, tried to ease the pain, but it won’t subsided, then cold sweat started to out from his body. He cleaned his mouth again after he finish vomit and walk slowly toward his friends. He felt really weak in addition because of his dizziness. He walked while hold the wall as support, and when looked that Hikaru and Daiki rushed toward his side.
“Ryosuke, you look really pale. I think you need to go to hospital now.” Hikaru said worriedly, but Ryosuke shook his head. He felt really weak even he need more energy to talk. He felt his head hurt so much and his nausea increase.
“Hikaru, Dai-chan..I..I think I will faint..” Ryosuke said weakly, then second after his eyes closed and his body fell limp.
“RYOSUKE!” Hikaru and Daiki shouted while hold Ryosuke’s body.

“I am confuse now..” Yuto said toward his two older friends in front of him. The two, looked back at him.
“Why you confuse?” Asked Kota.
Yuto just sighed and he faced the two older guy and started his story. “I’m confuse because of Ryosuke’s behaviour. You know, recently he act so moody. At one time, he will act sweet, lovey dovey and clingy toward me. But then, just because one word or simple mistake, he will start to get mad and rant to me, then when I apologize to him, he will act sweet again. It’s strange because Ryosuke usually don’t get angry easily. Then, he also lost his appetite. He eat little portion recently even if it’s his favorite, but he gain weight. It’s weird. I’m worried about him.” Yuto said, finished his rambling.
Kota and Yuya just looked at him for awhile before a frowned appeared on their forehead.
“Pregnant?” Yuya suddenly said, and this time Yuto frowned too.
“Okay, maybe this is impossible, but have you ever heard about Male pregnancy or M-preg? It can happen too. After all, you two doing ‘it’ countless time already.” Yuya said again, but still Yuto had disbelief look on his face.
“Hmm, mood swings, lost of appetite and gain weight.” Kota said while counted his fingers.
“Those are the sign of pregnancy.” Kota continued again with firm tone this time. Now, Yuto regret it to told his worries to his friends, he just got more confused.
“It’s impossible.” Yuto said, and Yuya and Kota nodded.
“Yeah, it’s need a miracle for M-Preg to happen.” Yuya added. Got confused, they just ended up on their own mind. However, suddenly Yuto’s phone rang and he picked it up immediately.
“WHAT!?” Came his response after talk for awhile with the person on other line, made Kota and Yuya looked at him in wonder. “I will come there now.” Yuto said with worries and panic in his tone, and he hung up the call.
“What happen Yuto?” Kota asked.
“Ryosuke fainted. Daiki and Hikaru brought him to hospital. I need to go now.” Yuto said while took his bag. Heard their spouse mentioned, and got worried over Ryosuke, finally the two older guys followed Yuto to hospital.

Ryosuke slowly opened his eyes and he felt someone caressed his face. When he adjusted his sight, he found his spouse stared at him in concern.
“Finally you awake Ryo-chan..” Yuto said with a relief sighed. Ryosuke tried to sit, but Yuto restrain him so he laid back on the soft bed.
“What happen?” Ryosuke asked weakly.
“You fainted Ryo-chan, and Daiki and Hikaru brought you here.” Yuto said while hold his hand.
Ryosuke just nodded. “Gomen for make you worried Yuto-kun. Maybe I’m just tired or overworked myself, so I fainted.” Ryosuke said with guilty tone. Yuto shook his head and he caressed Ryosuke’s hair.
“Although I’m really panic and worried, but I am glad you fainted Ryo-chan, so you were taken here and got the examination right.” Yuto said with smile and made his spouse frowned.
“If you weren’t fainted, then you won’t go to the doctor and we wouldn’t know what actually happen to you.” The taller said again.
“Eh, is my illness that bad? I just vomit and dizzy, I think it’s nothing serious.” Ryosuke said and Yuto just smiled.
“Yes, it’s nothing serious Ryo-chan. However, if we ignore it and let you work hard with your body’s condition, then something bad will happen and we will regret it later.” Yuto said again and Ryosuke’s frowned deepened. He hold his taller’s spouse hand tightly.
“Yuto, tell me, what is my examination? Am I have uncured illness, or Am I going to die?” Ryosuke asked fearfully and Yuto chuckled.
“Ryo-chan..” Yuto called softly and Ryosuke felt really anxious now. The taller squeezed his hand gently and smiled to him before said, “Ryo-chan, you are three months pregnant..”
They fell silent..after a while..
“EHHHHH!!?” Came Ryosuke’s replied and Yuto tried to covered his mouth.
“Are you tried to kidding me Nakajima Yuto!?” Ryosuke exclaimed when Yuto released his hand, and once again, Yuto covered his mouth.
“Ryo-chan, please don’t shout okay. First, this is hospital, and second, getting angry isn’t good for our baby and your condition. And No, I’m not kidding you. I said the truth here. If you still don’t believe me, I have the USG photo of our baby.” Yuto released his hand again and handed him a photo.
“Look, Ryo-chan. This is our baby in your tummy. Although now it’s hard to see it, but it there, and as the time grow, it will grow too..” Yuto said softly. Ryosuke just looked at the photo. He only saw pitch black on it, but then Yuto pointed where his baby was and he felt sheer of happiness. Unconsciously he caressed his own tummy, and Yuto also put his hand on his own hand.
“Demo~ Yuto, how is that possible? I am a man right? A man shouldn’t get pregnant..” Ryosuke said while stared at his boyfriend.
“At first I also thought like that Ryo-chan..but then, Yuya told me about Male pregnancy, and maybe it happen to us because we love each other so much, so God gave us blessed toward your pregnancy.” Yuto explained.
“Don’t think about it so much Ryo-chan..now, let’s just cherish this miracle, okay?” Yuto said, then he caressed Ryosuke’s tummy gently.
“Are you happy Ryo-chan?” Yuto asked while still caressed his tummy, and Ryosuke nodded.
“I’m really happy Yuto. We can have our own baby that a lot of couples couldn’t have.” The shorter said while gave his warm smiled and Yuto replied with nodded.
“Ne~ Aka-chan, mama and papa will wait for you until you come to this world, so please grow healthy ne~” Yuto said to Ryosuke’s tummy. Ryosuke just chuckled looked at his spouse act.

Ryosuke’s pregnancy went smoothly. There’s no problem with their baby’s growth. It’s just Ryosuke really having trouble in the first 4 months because of his cravings and mood swings. He suddenly like the food he hate the most, tomatoes, and sometimes he asked for weird food. Once a time, he felt really bad mood and of course Yuto became his victim. Even he ever kicked out Yuto from the house with reason Yuto looked so handsome at that time and he didn’t like it.
Because of Yuto’s demand, Ryosuke took leave on his job since he knew he was pregnant. It’s a good choice because the doctor indeed said that Ryosuke’s pregnancy was risky if he overworked himself. Yuto also gave a lot of his attention to Ryosuke and stay at home as much as he could.
When Ryosuke’s pregnancy entered the seventh month, his tummy was bigger than any other pregnant woman. Ryosuke felt anxious about it, he was afraid that maybe something abnormal happen on his pregnancy. In addition he started to had difficulty in breathing and the kick from the baby was so strong that sometimes he couldn’t catch his breath. Ryosuke felt really anxious so he and Yuto came to consult the doctor and after the examination was done, they felt relief. It’s normal in Ryosuke’s case, his tummy was bigger because he was expecting twins, boy and girl. They felt happy because of it, although Ryosuke must endured it. It’s fortunate Yuto such a caring spouse. The taller decided to took leave on job when Ryosuke entered his sevent month and accompany Ryosuke all the time.
Now, Ryosuke already on his last month of pregnancy. It’s just a fine Sunday morning. They are together with TaDaiki pair and YabuHika pair were having a little barbeque party at their house. Takaki, Yabu and Yuto were busy prepared the meat on the backyard while Daiki and Hikaru busy on the kitchen. While Ryosuke, he did knitting on the family room, because he couldn’t stand up for too long so he couldn’t help at all. While knitting, he just chuckled when looked at his spouse did something funny with Yuya and Kota.
Ryosuke realize that he just run out of the woll, so he walk toward his room to took his stock. He smiled after he got what he want and went toward the family room. However, when he arrived at the midway, he suddenly felt a strong kick on his tummy and he felt his tummy hurt so much. Thought that maybe it’s just an usual kick, he took a deep breath while walk with the wall as his support. But then, the kick became stronger, and he felt his leg couldn’t support his body. Slowly he crouched down on the floor, and he felt a terrible pain on his tummy again.
“Itai..” Ryosuke closed his eyes while hold his tummy. The pain attack again and he screamed.
“Arrrrgghhh! It’s hurts..Yutooooo!!!” he called his spouse and his scream alert all the occupants on the house. Second after, all of them already beside him.
“Yuto~ It’s hurts..My tummy, It’s hurts so much..” Ryosuke said and gasped again when he felt the constraction. He hold Yuto’s hand tightly.
“Yuto, I think this is the time for Ryosuke’s labor.” Yabu said while help Yuto assist Ryosuke to stood up. Yabu and Hikaru quickly prepared the car while Takaki and Daiki help with other’s necesities.
“Yuto..It’s hurts..” Ryosuke said again while tears rolling down on his cheek. Yuto then carry Ryosuke bridal style toward the car
“Ryosuke, calm down okay. It will be fine. Just take a deep breath. I will here for you.” Yuto said while hold Ryosuke’s hand. After all of them already inside the car, Yabu then started the engine then rushed toward the hospital. During the journey, Yuto always comfort his spouse.
“Aarrghh..Itaiii!” Ryosuke screamed again when he felt the constraction. Sweat rolled down on his cute face and Yuto sweap it gently. “Arrrggh, Yutooo..Don’t leave me..” Ryosuke said again while took a deep breath.
“Ryo-chan, it will be okay. the pain will go away soon ne~ Pain, pain go away~” Yuto sang to comfort the shorter guy.
“Yuto~ I can’t hold it anymore..It’s hurts..” Ryosuke said, and Yuto hold his hand tighter.
“You must do your best Ryosuke, for our babies. Please hang on, okay~” Yuto said, and in the midst of their panic, Yuto kissed Ryosuke’s lips gently, tried to ease the pain. He can felt his spouse calm down and Yuto continued whispering comforting words to Ryosuke.
After seems like a long journey, finally they arrived on hospital and Ryosuke immediately rushed to operation room. Because it’s special case, Ryosuke could gave birth only with operation.
Yuto couldn’t calm down at all. He just walked back and forth while his eyes always looked at the operation room.
“Yuto, just sit down okay. Your act make us really nervous.” Daiki said annoyedly. Yuto sighed, and he obeyed. He just sat for some seconds and then stood up again.
“Oh God, Yuto! Please just sit okay? You make us annoyed.” This time Hikaru said. Kota and Yuya then grabbed his hand and made him sat on beside them.
“I am sorry..” Yuto muttered. “I am just worried.” He said again. His friends sighed, really understand about it. After all, they also worried.
“We understand it Yuto. We’re also worried. Now, let just pray for Ryosuke and your babies, okay?” Kota said calmly, and Yuto nodded.
After seems like hours waited, finally the operation room’s door opened and revealed the doctor. Yuto rushed toward her and grabbed her shoulder panicly.
“Sensei, how is Ryosuke? How is my babies?” Yuto asked frantically. The doctor just shook his head looked at the frantic husband and she gave her bright smile.
“Congratulations, Nakajima-san. Ryosuke-san gave birth to a beautifull baby girl and a handsome baby boy. They are healthly, and Ryosuke-san also did a good job.” The doctor said and all the occupant smile in relief. After that, the nurses push the stretcher from operation room and laid on it was Ryosuke’s unconscious figure.
“He is fine. He is just sleeping now because the effect of anasthetic. For now, just let him sleep.” The doctor said again when looked at Yuto’s panic face.
After they said their thank you toward the doctor, Yuto then follow the nurses to Ryosuke’s room. After make sure that Ryosuke already rest on his room, he visited his babies on the nursery ward, and he smiled happily looked at the twins. Felt satisfied just stared at his child, he finally back again to Ryosuke’s room. He waited there while TaDaiki pair and YabuHika pair excused themself to back to their house.
He just stared at Ryosuke’s face. Although his face seems tired, but Ryosuke never looked so much beautifull than now, maybe it’s the effect of became a mother. He caressed Ryosuke’s face and kissed his cheek lovingly. Yuto just stared at Ryosuke’s face for couple of hours until finally his spouse woke up.
“Yuto..” Ryosuke called weakly, and Yuto smiled reassuringly at him.
“You were doing good Ryo-chan..” Yuto said gently, while tried to help Ryosuke to sat up.
“Where is our babies?” Ryosuke asked.
“Wait for a moment okay. The nurses will bring them in.” Yuto said. He then called the nurse, and after 10 minutes, the door opened. The nurse brought the two babies and handed them to Ryosuke and Yuto, after that they excused themself.
“They’re cute..” Ryosuke said while stared at his babies and Yuto agreed.
“Our daughter really beautiful like you Ryo-chan..” Yuto said, and Ryosuke smiled.
“And our son really handsome like you..” Ryosuke replied. He caressed his son and daughter cheek while hummed a soft melody. Then suddenly he remembered something.
“Ah, Yuto..How we will named them?” Ryosuke asked. Yuto thought for awhile.
“Hmm..how if Haruo for our son, because he born on Spring. Then Hana for our daughter means flower that blossom on Spring..” Yuto said. Ryosuke thought it for awhile, then he nodded.
“Nakajima Haruo and Nakajima Hana..our lovely angels, thanks for coming to our life..” Ryosuke said softly and once again stared at his babies. Yuto hugged Ryosuke’s shoulder then kissed his lips.
“You too, Nakajima Ryosuke, thanks for bring them to our life, thank you for did your best to make our happy family..I love you so much..” Yuto whispered on Ryosuke’s ear, made the shorter blushed madly.
“I love you too, Nakajima Yuto..” Ryosuke said softly, and peck Yuto’s lips. Together, they stared at their beautiful angels, enjoyed their quality time as happy family.

“No, Yuto. Don’t worry, I am fine. Maybe just tired from work.” He reassured his taller spouse that sometimes could be a worrywart. They arrive on their room and then Yuto laid Ryosuke on their huge bed.
“I think you gain weight, Ryo-chan.” Yuto said while catch his breath. “You are heavier than the last time I carry you.” Yuto said again while change his clothes, his back faced his spouse. “I’m wonder why you gain weight while you have little appetite recently.” He said again, this time while he prepare to went to bathroom. Yuto frowned when didn’t hear the reply from his spouse, and he turn back his body only to found Ryosuke glared angrily at him.
“NAKAJIMA YUTO!” Ryosuke exclaimed and Yuto a bit surprised.
“Eh?” Yuto murmured confused while looked at his fuming spouse. Ryosuke only said his full name if the shorter angry toward him, then it’s mean Ryosuke angry toward him? Why? Yuto so confuse now.
“Dont ‘Eh’ me, Nakajima Yuto!” Ryosuke exclaimed again. “You said I am fat!” The shorter said then he covered his face on both of his palms.
“EHHH?” It’s Yuto’s turn to exclaimed in confusion.
“I didn’t say you’re fat Ryo-chan..” Yuto said softly and approached his spouse. Yuto hold his shoulder gently but Ryosuke spat his hand away.
“You said it! You said I gain weight, it’s mean you said I’m fat!” Ryosuke said still covered his face. Yuto just sighed. Now, came Ryosuke’s moody self. He didn’t know what happen to his spouse, he easily changed his mood nowadays. Like now, once he act sweet and clingy then suddenly he became mad like this. Usually, if Yuto said that Ryosuke gain weight, then the shorter will let it be.
“Ryo-chan, I don’t said that you fat. I just said that you gain weight, and moreover it’s just a little bit. I am sorry okay..” Yuto said patiently.
“Still, it means you said I’m fat! What if you see me as ugly person then start to search for other person..” Ryosuke said softly while tried hard to not cry. Yuto sighed and this time he embraced the shorter guy.
“Ryo-chan..” Yuto called softly. “Although you become fat, you become ugly, I don’t care. I love you as the way you are. I love you inside and outside, and I love your inner beauty. So please, don’t worry, I won’t leave you ever. You know that I can’t live without you.” Yuto said while caressed Ryosuke’s hair gently. Slowly, Ryosuke released his palms from his face then he looked at Yuto with his innocent face.
“Hontou?” Ryosuke asked softly and Yuto nodded while gave his brightest smile to Ryosuke. “I love you so much Ryo-chan..” The taller said again and that earned him a bright smile from Ryosuke.
“I love you too Yuto~” Ryosuke said and hugged the taller guy. Yuto just chuckled before he asked, “So you don’t angry with me now?”
Yuto could feel Ryosuke shook his head. “No, I’m not angry at you anymore. But please, don’t say it like that again ne~” Ryosuke said and Yuto nodded.
“Okay, I promise. Now, let’s sleep okay, let me take a bath first.” Yuto said then want to distangled himself from Ryosuke, but the shorter hold his wrist storngly, didn’t want to let go of him.
“Hug me until I fall asleep ne~ Yuto~” Ryosuke said, once again gave him his puppy eyes.
“But, I still smelly Ryo-chan. You will be uncomfortable.” Yuto said. However, Ryosuke pouted.
“I don’t care! You must hug me first until I fall asleep!” Ryosuke said while crossed his arm. Didn’t want his spouse angry again, Yuto just obeyed.
“Okay then, now let sleep.” Yuto said and Ryosuke smiled happily. Yuto laid their body on the bed and Ryosuke started to snuggled on Yuto’s chest. Yuto felt fluffy when Ryosuke act cute and spoiled like that. He started to hummed Ryosuke’s favorite song until the shorter fell asleep, although inside his mind he was confuse. His spouse really act weird recently. Moody, then act too clingy to him, moreover he gain weight although Ryosuke just had little appetite. Yuto looked at his spouse’s sleeping face and caressed his cheek gently.
“What happen to you, Ryo-chan?” Yuto murmured to himself. He just hope nothing bad happen to his shorter spouse.
Of course Yuto was clueless. They’re not a normal couple, although they did ‘bed activity’ on the night like normal couple usually did. If it’s happen to the normal couple, woman and man, then of course they will knew about it.

Ryosuke felt nausea again and while he covered his mouth he ran toward the bathroom and vommiting again. After he vomit all the contents on his stomach, he catched his breath and clean his mouth then walked tiredly toward the living room. His friends looked at him worried.
“Ryosuke, are you sure you okay?” Daiki approached him worriedly while support him to sat on the couch. While Hikaru handed him a glass of water that he received gladly. After he gulped the water, he nodded.
“But you don’t look okay, Ryosuke. From what I see until today, this is the worst case of your nausea and vomiting. You need to tell Yuto and go to the doctor. You already like this almost on every morning for these past two weeks.” Hikaru said, but Ryosuke shook his head.
“No, I can’t tell Yuto. He, Yuya and Kota now are carry on the new project. I don’t want to make him worried. He need to focus on it.” Ryosuke reasoned out. It’s already two weeks since Ryosuke had nausea and vomiting period on the morning, however today was the worst case until he need to came back home with Daiki and Hikaru to accompany him. It’s fortunate Ryosuke’s workplace, also Hikaru and Daiki workplace is a kindergarten and the headmaster really kind so she permitted Ryosuke came back home with Hikaru and Daiki.
“But Ryosuke, you know that Yuya can help him.” Daiki said while referring to his spouse, Yuya.
“Yeah, and Kota also reliable in it. So for sure he will help Yuto too.” Hikaru also said and referred to Kota, his spouse.
Ryosuke sighed and still shook his head. “I understand your worry guys, but I know Yuto. He will completely leave his work if he worried about me. Moreover, I think it’s nothing serious. Maybe I’m just tired and need rest.” Ryosuke replied.
Hikaru and Daiki want to argued, but then Ryosuke covered his mouth again and dashed toward the bathroom. Once again Daiki and Hikaru sighed worriedly when heard Ryosuke’s sound of vomiting.
While Ryosuke, when he vomited, he thought hard what actually happen to him. Suddenly, he felt dizzy. This is the first time he felt it. He pressed his temple, tried to ease the pain, but it won’t subsided, then cold sweat started to out from his body. He cleaned his mouth again after he finish vomit and walk slowly toward his friends. He felt really weak in addition because of his dizziness. He walked while hold the wall as support, and when looked that Hikaru and Daiki rushed toward his side.
“Ryosuke, you look really pale. I think you need to go to hospital now.” Hikaru said worriedly, but Ryosuke shook his head. He felt really weak even he need more energy to talk. He felt his head hurt so much and his nausea increase.
“Hikaru, Dai-chan..I..I think I will faint..” Ryosuke said weakly, then second after his eyes closed and his body fell limp.
“RYOSUKE!” Hikaru and Daiki shouted while hold Ryosuke’s body.

“I am confuse now..” Yuto said toward his two older friends in front of him. The two, looked back at him.
“Why you confuse?” Asked Kota.
Yuto just sighed and he faced the two older guy and started his story. “I’m confuse because of Ryosuke’s behaviour. You know, recently he act so moody. At one time, he will act sweet, lovey dovey and clingy toward me. But then, just because one word or simple mistake, he will start to get mad and rant to me, then when I apologize to him, he will act sweet again. It’s strange because Ryosuke usually don’t get angry easily. Then, he also lost his appetite. He eat little portion recently even if it’s his favorite, but he gain weight. It’s weird. I’m worried about him.” Yuto said, finished his rambling.
Kota and Yuya just looked at him for awhile before a frowned appeared on their forehead.
“Pregnant?” Yuya suddenly said, and this time Yuto frowned too.
“Okay, maybe this is impossible, but have you ever heard about Male pregnancy or M-preg? It can happen too. After all, you two doing ‘it’ countless time already.” Yuya said again, but still Yuto had disbelief look on his face.
“Hmm, mood swings, lost of appetite and gain weight.” Kota said while counted his fingers.
“Those are the sign of pregnancy.” Kota continued again with firm tone this time. Now, Yuto regret it to told his worries to his friends, he just got more confused.
“It’s impossible.” Yuto said, and Yuya and Kota nodded.
“Yeah, it’s need a miracle for M-Preg to happen.” Yuya added. Got confused, they just ended up on their own mind. However, suddenly Yuto’s phone rang and he picked it up immediately.
“WHAT!?” Came his response after talk for awhile with the person on other line, made Kota and Yuya looked at him in wonder. “I will come there now.” Yuto said with worries and panic in his tone, and he hung up the call.
“What happen Yuto?” Kota asked.
“Ryosuke fainted. Daiki and Hikaru brought him to hospital. I need to go now.” Yuto said while took his bag. Heard their spouse mentioned, and got worried over Ryosuke, finally the two older guys followed Yuto to hospital.

Ryosuke slowly opened his eyes and he felt someone caressed his face. When he adjusted his sight, he found his spouse stared at him in concern.
“Finally you awake Ryo-chan..” Yuto said with a relief sighed. Ryosuke tried to sit, but Yuto restrain him so he laid back on the soft bed.
“What happen?” Ryosuke asked weakly.
“You fainted Ryo-chan, and Daiki and Hikaru brought you here.” Yuto said while hold his hand.
Ryosuke just nodded. “Gomen for make you worried Yuto-kun. Maybe I’m just tired or overworked myself, so I fainted.” Ryosuke said with guilty tone. Yuto shook his head and he caressed Ryosuke’s hair.
“Although I’m really panic and worried, but I am glad you fainted Ryo-chan, so you were taken here and got the examination right.” Yuto said with smile and made his spouse frowned.
“If you weren’t fainted, then you won’t go to the doctor and we wouldn’t know what actually happen to you.” The taller said again.
“Eh, is my illness that bad? I just vomit and dizzy, I think it’s nothing serious.” Ryosuke said and Yuto just smiled.
“Yes, it’s nothing serious Ryo-chan. However, if we ignore it and let you work hard with your body’s condition, then something bad will happen and we will regret it later.” Yuto said again and Ryosuke’s frowned deepened. He hold his taller’s spouse hand tightly.
“Yuto, tell me, what is my examination? Am I have uncured illness, or Am I going to die?” Ryosuke asked fearfully and Yuto chuckled.
“Ryo-chan..” Yuto called softly and Ryosuke felt really anxious now. The taller squeezed his hand gently and smiled to him before said, “Ryo-chan, you are three months pregnant..”
They fell silent..after a while..
“EHHHHH!!?” Came Ryosuke’s replied and Yuto tried to covered his mouth.
“Are you tried to kidding me Nakajima Yuto!?” Ryosuke exclaimed when Yuto released his hand, and once again, Yuto covered his mouth.
“Ryo-chan, please don’t shout okay. First, this is hospital, and second, getting angry isn’t good for our baby and your condition. And No, I’m not kidding you. I said the truth here. If you still don’t believe me, I have the USG photo of our baby.” Yuto released his hand again and handed him a photo.
“Look, Ryo-chan. This is our baby in your tummy. Although now it’s hard to see it, but it there, and as the time grow, it will grow too..” Yuto said softly. Ryosuke just looked at the photo. He only saw pitch black on it, but then Yuto pointed where his baby was and he felt sheer of happiness. Unconsciously he caressed his own tummy, and Yuto also put his hand on his own hand.
“Demo~ Yuto, how is that possible? I am a man right? A man shouldn’t get pregnant..” Ryosuke said while stared at his boyfriend.
“At first I also thought like that Ryo-chan..but then, Yuya told me about Male pregnancy, and maybe it happen to us because we love each other so much, so God gave us blessed toward your pregnancy.” Yuto explained.
“Don’t think about it so much Ryo-chan..now, let’s just cherish this miracle, okay?” Yuto said, then he caressed Ryosuke’s tummy gently.
“Are you happy Ryo-chan?” Yuto asked while still caressed his tummy, and Ryosuke nodded.
“I’m really happy Yuto. We can have our own baby that a lot of couples couldn’t have.” The shorter said while gave his warm smiled and Yuto replied with nodded.
“Ne~ Aka-chan, mama and papa will wait for you until you come to this world, so please grow healthy ne~” Yuto said to Ryosuke’s tummy. Ryosuke just chuckled looked at his spouse act.

Ryosuke’s pregnancy went smoothly. There’s no problem with their baby’s growth. It’s just Ryosuke really having trouble in the first 4 months because of his cravings and mood swings. He suddenly like the food he hate the most, tomatoes, and sometimes he asked for weird food. Once a time, he felt really bad mood and of course Yuto became his victim. Even he ever kicked out Yuto from the house with reason Yuto looked so handsome at that time and he didn’t like it.
Because of Yuto’s demand, Ryosuke took leave on his job since he knew he was pregnant. It’s a good choice because the doctor indeed said that Ryosuke’s pregnancy was risky if he overworked himself. Yuto also gave a lot of his attention to Ryosuke and stay at home as much as he could.
When Ryosuke’s pregnancy entered the seventh month, his tummy was bigger than any other pregnant woman. Ryosuke felt anxious about it, he was afraid that maybe something abnormal happen on his pregnancy. In addition he started to had difficulty in breathing and the kick from the baby was so strong that sometimes he couldn’t catch his breath. Ryosuke felt really anxious so he and Yuto came to consult the doctor and after the examination was done, they felt relief. It’s normal in Ryosuke’s case, his tummy was bigger because he was expecting twins, boy and girl. They felt happy because of it, although Ryosuke must endured it. It’s fortunate Yuto such a caring spouse. The taller decided to took leave on job when Ryosuke entered his sevent month and accompany Ryosuke all the time.
Now, Ryosuke already on his last month of pregnancy. It’s just a fine Sunday morning. They are together with TaDaiki pair and YabuHika pair were having a little barbeque party at their house. Takaki, Yabu and Yuto were busy prepared the meat on the backyard while Daiki and Hikaru busy on the kitchen. While Ryosuke, he did knitting on the family room, because he couldn’t stand up for too long so he couldn’t help at all. While knitting, he just chuckled when looked at his spouse did something funny with Yuya and Kota.
Ryosuke realize that he just run out of the woll, so he walk toward his room to took his stock. He smiled after he got what he want and went toward the family room. However, when he arrived at the midway, he suddenly felt a strong kick on his tummy and he felt his tummy hurt so much. Thought that maybe it’s just an usual kick, he took a deep breath while walk with the wall as his support. But then, the kick became stronger, and he felt his leg couldn’t support his body. Slowly he crouched down on the floor, and he felt a terrible pain on his tummy again.
“Itai..” Ryosuke closed his eyes while hold his tummy. The pain attack again and he screamed.
“Arrrrgghhh! It’s hurts..Yutooooo!!!” he called his spouse and his scream alert all the occupants on the house. Second after, all of them already beside him.
“Yuto~ It’s hurts..My tummy, It’s hurts so much..” Ryosuke said and gasped again when he felt the constraction. He hold Yuto’s hand tightly.
“Yuto, I think this is the time for Ryosuke’s labor.” Yabu said while help Yuto assist Ryosuke to stood up. Yabu and Hikaru quickly prepared the car while Takaki and Daiki help with other’s necesities.
“Yuto..It’s hurts..” Ryosuke said again while tears rolling down on his cheek. Yuto then carry Ryosuke bridal style toward the car
“Ryosuke, calm down okay. It will be fine. Just take a deep breath. I will here for you.” Yuto said while hold Ryosuke’s hand. After all of them already inside the car, Yabu then started the engine then rushed toward the hospital. During the journey, Yuto always comfort his spouse.
“Aarrghh..Itaiii!” Ryosuke screamed again when he felt the constraction. Sweat rolled down on his cute face and Yuto sweap it gently. “Arrrggh, Yutooo..Don’t leave me..” Ryosuke said again while took a deep breath.
“Ryo-chan, it will be okay. the pain will go away soon ne~ Pain, pain go away~” Yuto sang to comfort the shorter guy.
“Yuto~ I can’t hold it anymore..It’s hurts..” Ryosuke said, and Yuto hold his hand tighter.
“You must do your best Ryosuke, for our babies. Please hang on, okay~” Yuto said, and in the midst of their panic, Yuto kissed Ryosuke’s lips gently, tried to ease the pain. He can felt his spouse calm down and Yuto continued whispering comforting words to Ryosuke.
After seems like a long journey, finally they arrived on hospital and Ryosuke immediately rushed to operation room. Because it’s special case, Ryosuke could gave birth only with operation.
Yuto couldn’t calm down at all. He just walked back and forth while his eyes always looked at the operation room.
“Yuto, just sit down okay. Your act make us really nervous.” Daiki said annoyedly. Yuto sighed, and he obeyed. He just sat for some seconds and then stood up again.
“Oh God, Yuto! Please just sit okay? You make us annoyed.” This time Hikaru said. Kota and Yuya then grabbed his hand and made him sat on beside them.
“I am sorry..” Yuto muttered. “I am just worried.” He said again. His friends sighed, really understand about it. After all, they also worried.
“We understand it Yuto. We’re also worried. Now, let just pray for Ryosuke and your babies, okay?” Kota said calmly, and Yuto nodded.
After seems like hours waited, finally the operation room’s door opened and revealed the doctor. Yuto rushed toward her and grabbed her shoulder panicly.
“Sensei, how is Ryosuke? How is my babies?” Yuto asked frantically. The doctor just shook his head looked at the frantic husband and she gave her bright smile.
“Congratulations, Nakajima-san. Ryosuke-san gave birth to a beautifull baby girl and a handsome baby boy. They are healthly, and Ryosuke-san also did a good job.” The doctor said and all the occupant smile in relief. After that, the nurses push the stretcher from operation room and laid on it was Ryosuke’s unconscious figure.
“He is fine. He is just sleeping now because the effect of anasthetic. For now, just let him sleep.” The doctor said again when looked at Yuto’s panic face.
After they said their thank you toward the doctor, Yuto then follow the nurses to Ryosuke’s room. After make sure that Ryosuke already rest on his room, he visited his babies on the nursery ward, and he smiled happily looked at the twins. Felt satisfied just stared at his child, he finally back again to Ryosuke’s room. He waited there while TaDaiki pair and YabuHika pair excused themself to back to their house.
He just stared at Ryosuke’s face. Although his face seems tired, but Ryosuke never looked so much beautifull than now, maybe it’s the effect of became a mother. He caressed Ryosuke’s face and kissed his cheek lovingly. Yuto just stared at Ryosuke’s face for couple of hours until finally his spouse woke up.
“Yuto..” Ryosuke called weakly, and Yuto smiled reassuringly at him.
“You were doing good Ryo-chan..” Yuto said gently, while tried to help Ryosuke to sat up.
“Where is our babies?” Ryosuke asked.
“Wait for a moment okay. The nurses will bring them in.” Yuto said. He then called the nurse, and after 10 minutes, the door opened. The nurse brought the two babies and handed them to Ryosuke and Yuto, after that they excused themself.
“They’re cute..” Ryosuke said while stared at his babies and Yuto agreed.
“Our daughter really beautiful like you Ryo-chan..” Yuto said, and Ryosuke smiled.
“And our son really handsome like you..” Ryosuke replied. He caressed his son and daughter cheek while hummed a soft melody. Then suddenly he remembered something.
“Ah, Yuto..How we will named them?” Ryosuke asked. Yuto thought for awhile.
“Hmm..how if Haruo for our son, because he born on Spring. Then Hana for our daughter means flower that blossom on Spring..” Yuto said. Ryosuke thought it for awhile, then he nodded.
“Nakajima Haruo and Nakajima Hana..our lovely angels, thanks for coming to our life..” Ryosuke said softly and once again stared at his babies. Yuto hugged Ryosuke’s shoulder then kissed his lips.
“You too, Nakajima Ryosuke, thanks for bring them to our life, thank you for did your best to make our happy family..I love you so much..” Yuto whispered on Ryosuke’s ear, made the shorter blushed madly.
“I love you too, Nakajima Yuto..” Ryosuke said softly, and peck Yuto’s lips. Together, they stared at their beautiful angels, enjoyed their quality time as happy family.
