Weelll, how d'you tell if your parrot is a Julia or a... uh, Mark or something?

What kind is your parrot? Sometimes, like Julia, you can just tell because males and females are different colours. Sometimes you have to get it DNA tested.

Males have a solid red tail on the underside; females have grey-tipped tails. Males have very dark undersides of their wings too.

Sure you don't have a parrot.
