So, I'm in Bellefontaine. I guess this would be considered home for me ... for now. My parents are now working at Wiliams-Sonoma. It's a fancy kitchenware place. So their schedules are somewhat weird, but that's okay. I'm enjoying being with my family. I got to see my Aunt Debbie and Uncle Tom as well as my cousins, Dan, Bill, and Julie on Wednesday evening. Not much time with them, but it was still good. Laura met Tom and me there. On Thursday, we spent most of the day in the car driving to Ohio. We made a stop at my grandparents' to say hi and pick up Christmas presents. We left at like 8 am and got to Bellefontaine around 5 pm. We helped make dinner and waited for Dad to get back from work then had a nice meal with the family. Later that night, we played a game called Carcassonne. It's a fun game, but can take a little while to play.
The next morning, I was awoken by Tom's alarm at like 7, then again by my mom at like 7:15 (to see if we wanted to go to Columbus) ... I finally woke up for good around 9:30. I ate breakfast, showered, checked my grades, then made lunch. Mom and dad returned from Columbus, we ate lunch, we cooked beef stew (which I let burn ... here's hoping it's not ruined), we cooked dinner, ate dinner at 5, then my parents went to work until 1 am. They are up later than I am ... and then up earlier than I am. Anyway, whilst they were gone, we bought my mom's Christmas present, rented movies, played Carcassonne, watched Little Miss Sunshine, I wrapped presents, read my book, watched Ocean's Eleven (on tv), then I proceeded to "read" ... and by that I mean pass out on top of my book. All in all, it was a good day.
I woke up this morning at 8:30, came downstairs, and was almost immediately asked to help cook again.
