It's been awhile since I posted on my weight loss attempts. The main reason is apathy really. Lol no actually it's cause there has been no change weight wise. Yeah I'm still sitting at 286 Lbs. I dunno why. I have reduced my intake of junk, I've reduced my intake of sugars and coke, and my calorie count is down. However I just have not managed to drop any more weight or inches.. Though I have noticed I am getting a little more fit. Walking everywhere of late with a pack that's usually stuffed full of stuff means I'm getting stronger and fitter. The other day I ran up 3 flights of stairs without being in pain. Which means my knees is essentially healed and the knots I've been getting in my calf muscle of that leg has been getting smaller.
So I should expect that if I can keep to it all, I should start seeing significant results over the next few weeks.
