A new year has come!
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I might be too late to greet everyone that shares the same clock and might be too early for those who don't.
It's already 2011 and its RABBIT year. Yah! Its my year. Can't believe it. Time is so fast. And i'm getting older by age. Shocks!
Anyway, as usual, we celebrate the NEW YEAR the way we celebrate it every year with fireworks, foods and the old traditions. Talking about "old traditions", i guess we inherit it from chinese or should i say we copy it from them. I guess so! There are a lot of superstitious believes that already been part of the celebration. Anyway, i'm already used to it because its like there something missing if we will not going to follow it.
Old Traditions means having 13 kinds of Circled Fruits or the like, wearing polka dots dress, putting coins on your pocket, throwing money all over your house, jump when the 12:00 midnight tic tacs, should light your nosiest firecrackers to overthrow unlucky things and many more.
Photos of the 13 Kinds of circled fruits or the like with wine and mango juice. Before, my mom used to display circle chocolates. I don't know why it should be circle. I grow up following that kind of traditions without even knowing the meaning of it.
