CHIAKI-SENPAI
Here are a couple of kiss scenes that I've watched so far. Only 2 more movies to go.
I can't quite believe that Tamaki Hiroshi is THIS GOOD LOOKING. I mean, him laying there on the bench, in the anime character pose - SURREAL. But under the dreamy filter it actually makes me conclude: OMG WTF HOW CAN HE BE SO HANDSOME HE IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE ANIME (CAUSE YES 1. HE IS REAL) BUT EVEN MORE SO BECAUSE I SELDOM FEEL THAT LIVE ACTIONS ARE GOOD ADAPTATIONS
His skin looks perfect. His cheekbones are damn high. I'm totally Nodame right now.
This one gave me butterflies. *________________________________________________________________________________________*
Tamaki has aged considerably here, as his face is starting to become a little gaunt. I still find him attractive, but I'd say that the peak of his attractiveness was in 2006. That said, he still is hot. A hot Japanese ... I find that rarer too. There are more cute Japanese guys than hot ones.
Oh yes, about the kiss. The kiss only works because of the back story of their relationship: she went through so much and she's grown so much that he can't help but feel in awe of how far she has come. Seen some arguments about how Nodame's progress was all because she wanted to be with Chiaki and I do admit that sometimes the drama focuses on that a little too much, but the truth is that Nodame has her own ambitions as well. She puts up a fight and questions her actions because she knows she can't always depend on Chiaki, since he seems to be doing perfectly well on his own. Instead she tries her darndest, learns her own lessons and grows as an individual. By herself.
And that is why this kiss is precious. Despite everything, she made it through and she's improving day by day. He can't help but feel proud of her. :')
Also, it just confirms his feelings for her.
