[It's late at night at the hospital. Klavier's asleep... but not very solidly. His hair is a mess, his face is tear-stained, and he's curled up, whimpering.]
[He's also muttering things in German, something along the lines of 'stop' and 'please, don't'. Klavier's flickering between the first and second levels, so anyone is free to ask wtf is going
who needs sleep?,
nightmares,
no rest for the wicked,
no sleep for the innocent

Trouble sleeping, Klavier?

[Emo!Ema is not amused.]

You should leave him alone, Kristoph. Every time you show up, things can only get worse.
[Crosses her arms]
Leave. Him. Alone.

Or, to put it in more simple terms that you might understand-
Make me.

Barging over here to harass him is only going to worsen his condition.
Scientifically speaking, you're going to be detrimental to his health if this continues.
[Bites her lip, fists clenching]
I wouldn't want to test those words.
[Deep breath. You can't lose your temper now Ema.]

And whatever could you do to me, detective? Not only do you gravely misunderstand the boy, but you're also quite less threatening than a housefly!

I want you to leave. Now. For Mr. Gavin's well being. Whether I understand it or not is none of your concern.
Do not try my patience any more then it has been, Kristoph. I will not ask you again.
Reply
No, I am afraid not, detective. I will do ever as I please, and you are powerless to force me to do otherwise.

Here. Have Ema trying to shove Kristoph out the door, using most of her strength as well..she's smaller than he is.]
Out. Now. [push]

I have warned you, detective. Do not touch me again.
[and he twisted her arm, not enough to dislocate it, but enough to cause searing pain.]

Taking advantage of me are we? Because I'm weak right? Kristoph I didn't think you had it in you to harm a woman. [She snapped, before frowning] Well then again I should have known better.
You're nothing but a cold hearted murderer. I can't even see how you can care about Mr. Gav-avin. You're using him for your own selfish desires, and you can't even recognise that he is in desperate need of rest.
But you take advantag-age of the weak don't you? [She struggled against his grasp, trying to pull away from him. She stopped for a second, trying not to think of what Lana'd say to her about this.]

This is a reason, detective, that they are considered "weak".
[he was biting the words off as he spoke them, before he let go of her wrist and pushed, again throwing her off balance and against the wall. His hand was against the back of her head, pushing her face into the wall and hissing into her ear]
I warned you, detective. You are trying my infinite patience. Need I show you how weak you really are?

Kristoph! Stop this!

Le-let me go! Please! I-I don't want to be used like this.
[It didn't make sense...or well not for everyone else. The first thought in her mind was about how much this situation reminded her of that dark office. She could swear she smelled blood - as little did she know she reopened the wound on her cut. Mr. Marshall...he..she couldn't stand to see this happen again.]
Mr. Darke please... let go. [She whispered, trying to kick away. So far Kristoph didn't have a knife to use to threaten her quite yet.]
