Faux Pas
What did they (or, perhaps more correctly, she) hope to accomplish by attempting to reverse things and put them back the way they were? Did anyone really think that things could just go back to normal?
The universe doesn't work that way. Things have happened. People have made decisions and acted on them. Nothing can reverse that. There is no "do-over" here. There can only be consequences.
I used to try and explain things to people, but that is over now. Nobody wants to discuss things with someone like me; they only want to hear that they are right. And I've grown weary of explaining the same things over and over again so that they won't make these mistakes in the first place.
Do you want to know what will bring me back to the table? The motherfuckers sitting down in front of me and saying, "Shit, man, I fucked up. We fucked up. I'm very sorry. Can we talk about it?"
The moment someone will fucking own up to the bullshit they started, I'll be happy to act civil towards them again.
Until then, they shouldn't waste me time or theirs.
