Here we go! I have offically signed on for WW again and this time I am taking my husband with me. I actually have chronic back pain now and I think it is caused from the extra weight I have been packing around for far too long now. I was on WW last year and I was successful. I came off for camping season as I knew I was going to be very busy and didn't think I would be able to stay on program. That was a huge mistake and I have learned from it.
So we are going to try the Core Plan. It's a little different from the Points Plan in that I don't have to count points. I have a list of Core foods to choose from and that is that. It is a fairly extensive list so I don't think it is going to be very difficult. I also have 35 flex points to work with for foods which are not on the Core List. That is an extensive list as well. However, if we discover that this is too limiting, then we can go back to the Points plan.
It's a bit strange right now after being on the Points Plan. I keep looking for somewhere to log my meals but there is no logging unless you are using flex points and even that is optional!
