No time...and it's Summer!!!
I love the weather...it's gorgeous outside...not 100 degrees (yet) and there has been a great breeze.....watching the bats come out at sunset and staying up late to enjoy the cool evenings is what I REALLY like!!
Sadly, the past few days I've had to get up OMG early...when one of my favorite things about summer is SLEEPING IN!! Sunshine had an Ortho appointment today, tomorrow Meldar is going to the 4H fair with a friend and they are leaving at 9:15am...but then Sunshine and I are going school shoe shopping with mother-in-law....soooooo I'm ready to be dead tired!!
Who wants to go to bed when you have a good friend to talk to, who can't talk on the phone until after midnight?? So...to bed around 3am up at 8am?? makes Shea a tired girl!! That's where the coffee comes in...and naps too if I can fit them in.
The plan was to totally clean my house before husband gets home from NY...sadly again....not happening! between shopping and running around with the kids and being tired from staying up WAY too late I will be lucky to "maintain".
Meldar has really done a great job cleaning his room!! I can see the floor!!and everything!!but that's all he helped me with. Sunshine is giving me so much flack!! She doesn't see the crap just laying around, which is so easy to just pick up and put away. No one does that except me....AND then she can't understand why she needs to clean her room..."no one goes in there anyway." GRRrrr She did clean and vacuum my car...*sigh* for that I am grateful...Hmmmm
Grandma is paying for Sunshine's trip to Montana...and her school clothes!! I have to go to approve...I feel bad for Meldar...Grandma wants a grand daughter's approval but she kind of forgets about her grand son...Thankfully he will be at a 4H fair all day with his friend while we are shopping....today he got a new pair of shoes because he recently lost his other pair...and had nothing but sandals that fit!
