So the depressive episode continues. I've spent every moment not in class asleep, or at least in bed staring into the dark. haven't watched much TV this week, I have episodes backed up on my desktop, all downloaded and ready to go, but I don't have the energy to even watch TV. I am so stressed. I don't know if it's the depression or the ADD, but I cannot concentrate on any schoolwork. The more I worry about it, the more I think about it, the less I actually want to do it, and so I let my mind wander, checking and rechecking my f-list for any new posts to distract me. I was asked a similar question to this in a therapy session today. We were looking for nurturing figures and protective figures; positive figures that I can call on when I'm having a down day and use as resources to get my mood back up.
