Originally uploaded by eilonwydreams An evening of beauty and experiments...I looked up from paying bills to see the moon rising redly over the river. I gasped and jumped out onto the balcony, where I had set up my tripod earlier in the hopes of SOMETHING.... I took tons of photos, wide angle and telephoto -- this one is cropped from a telephoto shot. I worked in RAW, worked with my tripod, worked with my telephoto, used a function I hadn't used on my camera before -- and had a really great time The best, though, was when J came home from his game and asked if I'd gotten some shots, because he'd thought of me when the moon came up over the field -- and I could show him this :-).
