The title is awesome. It's - that is something I don't think will get jossed! (Unless, somehow, the broadcast is interrupted and everyone goes temporarily deaf and blind.) Luffy is going to kick holy ass OMG I CANNOT WAIT. \o/

This is Luffy. And possible Jossing or not, if he gets the chance, this is what he would say in a nutshell. Luffy, and his very simple and completely unarguable logic. The world government needs to be told off!
And he's going to kick ass on live TV! He's definitely going to be a Power after this. :D

I loved that he said Robin's name first. He'd probably still remember that she'd been taken away from the Mugiwara once and won't let it happen again.
And when Luffy's stubborn and wants something, his luck and persistence paves through to an incredible force.
