the end of a chapter
so prom was tons of fun but went by too fast. probably because it started late. our ride was pimped out fo sho and awesome. the people from the paper took our picture in it and took down casey's name but then they never even had any prom pictures in the paper besides that one of JJ. dur. after prom we were gonna go to IHOP but it was closed and we don't like denny's so we just went home. i slept at pat's. the next day pat slept at my house and we made graduation hat candies for our party that was sunday. graduation was nerve racking. i almost threw up once and thought i was gonna pass out twice. it wasn't even that hot out but i was so nervous about tripping on my gown cause it was wayyy too long that i made myself hotter. but it was fun and went by pretty quick. after i took tons of pics with my mom and pat and pat's mom and then we went to my house to get the party started! i think everyone we invited showed up which was nice and i got loads of loot. there was lots of good food as well. mr. perrault came. it was a good night. so i had tons of fun on that busy weekend but was also super stressed at the same time and got sick a couple times but hey, that's me! oh ya and i got a $250 scholarship from west parish! wooop! i wish i got more like lindsey matthews who got like $5000 total. psh she doesn't need it.
yesturday i went for my job interview at Appleseeds. i was nervous but it went well. i had to take a typing test and then they gave me a little tour and i got to sit in on a few calls to see what it was like. i think it's gonna be awesome. they even have a gym and a personal trainer you that you can sign up for classes with and free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa!! so i got hired. and i have to take 3 weeks of training before i actually start but it's paid so that's sweet, but it monday-friday for the 3 weeks 6-10 at night :/ not so good. but anythings better than stop and shop. speaking of hell, i had to work last night as well which meant i had to tell them it would have to be my last day. i was planning on giving my 2 weeks last night but since i start training next monday i can't do that. so i go to tell debbi and explain the situation and she yells at me! she goes, "what kind of company is this that they won't even give you enough notice to give your 2 weeks? every company should expect a 2 weeks notice..blah blah blah" so i told her i was going to work at Appleseeds and she comes back with "oh that's why. they go through people like water. they can't keep an employee for more than a month....blah blah" pretty much downing the company. way to be professional Debbi! way to be. so then i go, well there's nothing i can do about that. and i walked away and enjoyed my last 3 hours ever of stop and shop especially my last 3 hours of ever working at self-scan. sucks for debbi because she's a crazy psycho bitch and everyone's quitting soon basically because of her. i had fun throwing away all the crap in my locker and throwing my shirts around the locker room. then i left my time card in the break room on a table in case they re-use them or something. never felt better!
