I suck

at keeping contact with people, at updating my blogs, at updating my journal, at most things...

I still have a good heart and I care about everyone in my life I just have a hard time showing it, especially when I feel I'm going to be let down.

My friend ended up getting divorced.. he lived at my house for a short while.

I gained tons of weight...

I must lose it.
