Yesterday I was ripping some vinyl. I had the tuner in my room, and one of the speakers on the stairs, so I could hear when a side ended. A nice long quiet Low song was playing and I hear this "THUD THUD THUD THUD WHACK rattle ( Read more... )

oh, you were foreals?

take your record player and run it into your tuner (like normal)
run the LINE OUT of the tuner into the LINE IN on the 'puter
set your settings to "record" and use a program like SoundForge to record them.

yeah, good luck. there are a few "settings" on record source and levels too, but you should be able to figure that out.
