I'm really confused

I woke up at 4am screaming, and clawing at myself. Some sort of bad dream. I don't think I've ever woken up screaming before. Maybe shaken or a bit out of it. Strange. I don't even remember what the dream was about now.

I started goofing off online to try to kill time till I was tired again, and now its 7am. Fucking hell, man. I am not looking forward to my 12 hour shift tonight.
