Those Moments
Huh, ya, sometimes things are just same old same old and I don't really see the need to put it down.
Last night was an anomaly though.
Met up with an old friend on the dance floor and it was sublime. We hadn't seen each other in almost a year and we'd both evolved as dancers but when we came together everything we'd learned separately seemed to merge. Sure we still kicked each others shins and clothes lined the other from time to time... but it all worked out in the end.
Andrea moved away to Portland for a change of pace and only comes back rarely but those moments that I do get to dance w/ her again are magical and treasured.
I hope I don't have to wait so long for another dance.
