A dilemma of cordiality:

So I come back to my apartment tonight and I see two gay guys standing out by the door (maybe smoking?), but once is nice and holds the door open. Apparently, he either knows me or my car, or more likely, both, but he told me he loved my bumper sticker (the one that says: "Focus on your own damn family"). We chat for a second and he says he lives in apartment 1A and tells me to stop by sometime. I tell him where I live, and we exchange names and such. He says that when I drop by we'll have some cocktails or something, and I agree. So, the question is, with apartment meetings and such, how long is the proper time to wait until stopping by? I figure I'll wait til Saturday night and drop by to say hi.

At any rate, it's really nice to know that there are cool people in the apartment building I live in. My neighboor actually really creeps me out, and the lady with the cocker spaniel down the hall is nice, but it's really nice to have people you can connect with. Either that or they were wanting a piece of ass. *Shrug*

In other news: I'm ready to destroy my cat. She's in heat and the most annoying thing in the world when you wake up at 6am to "brrrrooooow!!" over and over. Just one more week of it... just one more week.
