My boss took another job (even though he's still part owner) and gave a guy I work with the CEO position. Turns out this guy is completely inept and ethically/financially challenged when it comes to business decisions. He's running the company into the ground and my old boss suggested I start looking for work before the bottom falls out. Guh.
Also, this guy is condescending, dismissive, disrespectful and completely unappreciative of anything that has to do with me. I used to like it here and now I hate it. Why do I always end up working for ignorant idiots?????
Yeah...Chris (former boss) didn't know Alex (new CEO) was doing so badly. I kept bringing up financials to Alex and he kept blowing me off...so, I went over his head. Once Chris saw the state of things he realized employees might not be a possibility for much longer. He has me interviewing at The Nashville Scene (he's the Publisher there now).
