[The Gear turns on as Sazh sits himself down on a chair in the Goldenrod Pokémon Center. He sighs.] Whew, all of that training tired me out. [Right after he says this, his Eevee jumps up into his lap and looks at the door of the Center in anticipation.] Really now? You want to go back out there and train more? [Sazh shakes his head.] I'm sorry, but that's not happening.
[A discontented Abra! Comes from somewhere in front of Sazh.] Hey, we'll be getting you some training soon too. [As he says this, a small smile forms on his face.] All of you are like a bunch of kids.
[Sazh falls silent, and remains that way for a few moments. He puts his hand on the Eevee's head and smiles.] When Dajh gets here, we'll show him how strong we've all gotten. I've got to make sure I've got plenty of stories to tell him. And hopefully I'll have some badges by then... but that's what all this training is for, yeah? [He gives his pokémon one more pat on the head before turning back to his gear as he realizes that he forgot to turn it off.]
Oh yeah. This thing's still on, isn't it? While I'm on the subject... does anyone have someone or something that they need to get back to? Family, friends, you name it. With the way things work, I bet we've all got something important we need to get back to.
