Tamako Love story

Feb 18, 2018 23:37

Hi and I am back with another anime review (can't believe I'm still hype for this).
The cut is from their OST Koi no uta which is such a great song. The solely reason I am writing this isn't all because of the review, it's just that I can relate to it all. At first, I find that Tamako chan was pretty much a silly and annoying girl, but I was wrong. She's just a plain naive girl, like how I used to be. I remember during high school receiving a love confession from a senpai, but I ran away from it. I gave no definite answer to his confession and now I look at it, I was dumb and insensitive too. I however adore Mochizou guts, he is such a gentleman. Although he did voiced out his frustration about it (on his own), but he still tried to understand Tamako's feeling. He was such a cute and naive guy too; but at least he have guts to confess his love for his childhood friend. How I wish I could find someone like him in RL. JK

The story was circulated in a town of Kyoto, Teramachi market (Usagi mountain market), If I'm right. The location itself makes me longed for Kyoto itself. The beautiful and enchanted town of Kyoto. Tho twos had grown up in a market environment where both of their fathers own a mochi shop. During middle school years Tamako mum had passed away leaving her, Anko, her dad and grandfather. But since the market was a close knitted community, they mourned together for their lost. Mochizou's parent had became like a parent too Tamako too, and so as the other retails tenant living there. It was such a sweet story where you will indulged yourself in the sweet loving community of a small town in Kyoto.
