So I thought that I should kept a journal anyway(I don't really know how this gonna turn out to be, but well まあ、いっか!
. My flight from Kuala Lumpur touch down at 3.30pm brieftly, and I was kinda lucky to meet a fellow Malaysian, Mada (there were a number of Malaysian on board but they were kinda in group, and Malaysian when it comes to travelling abroad they were them! Exactly) whose actually a university student from Takamatsu. So I kinda had my late lunch with her and Mada was so kind and fun to talk with. I had udon and my favorite inari at THE U-don which cost me about 950 yen.
Later, I bid Mada my farewell since she's going to Takamatsu by bus. I had a little of a shopping spree by myself. I bought a glove from the nearest Daiso in KIX airport and a pair of socks from UNIQLO. The price was quite okay and there were actually having a sale on heat tech glove for a 500 yen per pair. I didn't buy them but it was a pity because I actually needed them for my Shirakawa-go tour. Then I went to the family mart and bough some heat patch. Luckily the sales woman understood what I was looking for despite from my sloppy japanese. I also bought some drinks (van houten coco). My schedule for the day was ruin anyway. I had even planned to go to Book off(second hand shop) in Namba and Nipponbashi, as well as Dotonbori. So after that, I went to exchange my jrpass at the JR station. The queue was super long and I was freezing cold with the windy cold breeze. We even had to queue outside of the building. There were a lot of Chinese tourist too (and you know how they behave mostly). I reserved my seat to Atami, and Takayama(It's free anyway) while I'm at it. Luckily the queue had been divided to mandarin and english counter. I kinda took my sweet time with it and bought an ICOCA card, to cover my fare to Osaka station. ICOCA is something similar to PASSMO, and the fees for the card was 2000 yen, with 1500 yen to-pup include in the card. I really thought that I can personally engrave my name on the card, but the train officer mentioned that I could not. I used googlemaps to navigate my way towards Osaka station. Once I was there (it's inside a mall), I kinda feel a bit lost, and I couldn't concentrate that well with since it was freezing cold! There were a nice old couple who happened to come by and asked me where am I heading to. I told them and they point out where the bus terminal was at. My bus was bound to Shinjuku at 10.20pm and I even manage to queue at a wrong place (what a joke!). So, I bravely went to the officer and asked him where was I supposed to queue. He pointed out the right platform and I head there to wait for the bus. The bus name was Hayauri 5 you can book this through here, and it had a private section for ladies only which we could pull a curtain over when we're sleeping. The fare ticket was 3800yen. The bus made a total of 2 stops at the resting area. It was quite fun (although I couldn't capture any of the bus picture and all) and I reach the Shinjuku bus Station at 630am. Why am I in Shinjuku? Well it's because I'm heading to Mount Fuji, so it's convenience for me, since Shinjuku station was just in front of the Shinjuku bus terminal.
