FU Bedbugs and FU Adams Pest Control/P2B

I am getting sick and tired of sleeping on the couch. I have a PERFECTLY good room that I can use, and was SUPPOSED to be able to start using again tonight...but can I? Nope!
The pest control service was supposed to come by today to deal with the bedbug problem. When I got back from class, there was absolutely no sign that they had even touched anything in my room, let alone treated it, which confused me as I figured the LEAST they'd be able to do is confirm 100% that we have an infestation, even if it's a small one.
But I check my phone and the property management company has left me a message, informing me that they had to move the treatment to Monday and that I'd be getting instructions on how to prep for it taped to my door sometime today. I call to ask since I wanted to know why they didn't at least come by to confirm the infestation. Didn't really get a response but at least learned that it was the pest control service needing to reschedule, not the property management being obnoxious again.
So I call my mom and roomie to let them know what's up. My mom throws a fit since she's worked with a property management company before and said that having to wait over two weeks, even factoring in the Thanksgiving holiday, for bedbug treatment is unacceptable, especially with me being semi allergic (thus why I've been sleeping on the couch since Sunday even though I've been warned that might just lure the bedbugs out of my room and into other parts of the apartment if they can't feed). So she makes some calls of her own....
....Turns out the reason why they rescheduled the treatment was because WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET THE PREP HANDOUT A WHILE AGO AND NEVER DID!? WTF?! My mom and I had both contacted the pest control several times between the initial call to my landlords and today, and they couldn't at least tell us this over the phone?! Fuck you.
So apparentaly after my mom ranted at them they told her they'd try to see if they can get it rescheduled for Thursday or Friday and I'm waiting for either them or my mom to call me back about that. They couldn't look into that right away as the woman in charage of matinence was out for lunch...but it's now 3pm and I haven't heard anything!!
I did get the handout though eventualy (during a VERY creepy series of events -_- It seems like the guy who dropped it off like...sat in his idling car outside our door for at least half an hour until I walked out the door to take care of something, then he left.....W.T.F.?!) and turns out there's a crap load of stuff I need to do...like bagging pretty much EVERYTHING up in my room and moving the furniture "at least two feet away from the walls." Even if I want this done ASAP, I kinda hope they don't get it rescheduled for tommorow at least so I at least have some bloody TIME to get all that dealt with. And I am SO going to run out of quarters washing all my clothes since I have to do even the clean stuff now.....I'm going to risk it with my stuffed animals and dry clean clothes though....I'll just put them in my dry cleaning bag and use the dryer at maximum blast on them (or the stuffed animals at least...might just take dry cleaning stuff to an actual dry cleaners if I can find a cheap one nearby).

Edit: Oh yeah...did I mention how apparently P2B covers infestation removal charges....EXCEPT for bedbugs? -_-
