I really can't with this. I can't with the fact that you guys (I'm including Cady and Jeezbee in this) are making assumptions about Zac's work ethic and awareness and those of the people around him, not to mention the whole crew and the entire project, based on the fact that his face is slightly more bloated in continuity pictures. I just am dumbfounded and getting angrier by the minute tbh. I seriously, SERIOUSLY, doubt that it will be in any way noticeable in the final product because I'm sure these scenes were filmed out of order and his face will look different on film.
as i said, i don't think his face is that big of a deal, i bring it up 99% less frequently than others do. but i do think it changed and i'm surprised nobody tried to curb it slightly to make it match up a tiny bit better. a number of people, including you, brought up his chubs over the past couple weeks, so i'm confused why just talking about it now makes me horrible.
i don't like questioning his work ethic because i think he has always demonstrated an amazing amount of professionalism. even when he was in nyc and i'm told was clubbing all the time, he showed up, he did his job and did it well, and was nice to people. and i'm not sure questioning his face is questioning his work ethic, at least to me. it was just something that makes sense to match. and i was also trying to defend him in this post because i'm getting fucking tired of people saying things like he's going out clubbing endlessly when it is just NOT the case as far as any of us know.
i didn't bring up the cast and crew pointing it out. i said his people should know and they should intercede if he is doing something inadvertently or otherwise that may undermine his ultimate goal which is a good performance. and this could

Okay for one, I feel like even addressing it is just silly because we don't even know it'll be an issue, but I understand that you were trying to do it in a spirit of supporting him. It honestly did not come off that way to me

People have talked about it in comments here and I guess on fanforum too. And there is a reason I did not post the LAX pics to ONTD cause I know how that would've gone.
Like I said, I almost never care about when his face fluctuates and I rarely say anything except to defend him on that front. This is something, I agree, that is very insignificant usually.
But this is one time when I think it does actually matter. This could affect a movie, how it and he are received. This film will be such a boon for him if it goes well. I'm just surprised that knowing his face changed over The Paperboy and knowing what it looked like at LAX that he and his people don't have tighter reins on it. Everything should be spot on. Including continuity.
Is it possible that I'm the main reason for your anger? Cady only put up the facts. I screened my comment now since it seemed to make things worse

First of all, I don't think anyone in their right mind can argue the fact that you're a fan of Zac and one of his biggest defenders. Even though I don't always agree with everything you say, I know it comes from a good place. I took issue more so wit what jeezbee said because I think it's unfair to speculate about what the cast and crew might think about his facial changes. We don't know Bahrani or his crew so I think that went over the line. I personally think he looks a hell of a lot better than he did at the airport two weeks ago and more in line with what it looked like in July (with the exception of that last pic...idek what's going on there
