i feel kind of bad for his publicist because it would be one thing if it was real cause then it is zac's consequence to deal with but having to waste time on something fake is lamesauce.
plus so many blogs really won't give a shit if it is fake or not and just post it without caveats.
Why would it be embarrasing? It's not like there readers will even find out in most cases.
Plus, as EHS said, they just don't care, no matter how often Zac/his people say it's fake. Some of those blogs don't even take it down when they are contacted by the publicist itself, only if threatened legal action by a lawyer.
And for the record... it already started. In the US is mostly small blogs so far but internationally it's on some bigger sites already. And they have been corrected that it's fake but they just ignore the comments.
None of them care about credibility. Not even many big US publications care much about credibility. Some tabloids make shit up all the time and those are big commercial organisations. Only what sells. And online blogs don't give a damn at all.
