AAAAAAAAH I'M DOOOOOOOOOOONE
WITH FINALS! Fizgig's happy too. I'm tired and run down as hell, so bed for me soon.
Before I fall asleep, I just wanted to relay something to the world.
Two night before this, while I was starting to stress over finals, I was talking with my roommate Rainbow. It ended up being a very personal conversation, but I managed to get some things that have dogged me for years off my chest.
The next night I crawled into bed to get less than an hour of sleep for the rest of theday before finals. As I lay there trying to force myself to fall asleep, I had a short revelation. It was something I'd known but never internalized: I realized that there was more than one way to love someone, and just as I love all my friends I finally realized that they each show their love in their own way. I felt embarrassed and ashamed when I thought about how long it took me to realize this but I'm glad I thought of it sooner than later. It put some other worries to rest in my head.
The love is there, it just shows up in different forms.
Unfortunately I tend to forget sometimes that everybody is trying to live in their own way to the best of their ability.
I just wanted to say I'm sorry to all those I hurt out of my own stupidity and thoughtlessness, and I'm sorry I didn't stop and think of this earlier when I've been angry or petty or said stupid things.
