Because we all need more memes in our ljs. ;)

The rules:

* Comment here if you would like me to interview you.
* I will ask you five questions.
* You post your answers in your own journal.
* Post these hazily-remembered rules in your journal, if you would like to be an interviewer.

seraphkre  has asked me the following interview questions:

1. Was moving to Tennessee a huge cultural shock? How so?

It was a huge culture shock. First I could hardly understand anyone that talked, which made getting a job rather difficult. Then everyone here is so close knit that they have no problems hiring their friends cousin Jim-Bob over someone they know has the experience (and this isn't just me rambling bitterly, after I did get a job this was confirmed several times over). Everyone is so very open and honest about exactly how they feel about you but it is SO hard to make friends.

To put it in the easiest way I know I have never been flattered and insulted my entire life until I moved here (people will flat out tell you if they like your smile or think you are pretty, but I do get comment such as "God Bless your cotton pickin' soul").

2. Have you ever written fanfiction? If yes, explain. If not, would you? (also explain ;) )

I have written fanfiction before. Several actually. All of which can be found at theforce.net under the user name Neobi_Kenobi. I really did enjoy writing fanfiction (and writing in general) unfortunately though time seems to have alluded me in these recent years. I have nothing from the last two and a half years.

When I do write though it tends to lean to the darker side. I think I write as a kind of therapy, which often reflects my battle with sever depression.

3. What would you REALLY like to get for Chrismahaunakwanzika/Festivus this year?

A new stove or washer/dryer. I know this may sound odd but I just really don't like our current wash/dryer. And Zach (my fiance) tends to over load them trying to get more done at once. And as for the stove, the one that came with the house is missing a burner. Which is easily replaced except I feel that is suffers from the same misfortune as the other large burner (yes, it is a four burner stove and both burner I talk about are the large ones) which has an electrical short in it and doesn't not work. Do you have any idea how long is takes to boil a big pot of water on a small burner at a some what higher altitude? Not fun.

4. Do you have any fantasy crushes? (Actor, fictional character, etc. Either gender is fine.)

Oh god... well here goes the list...
Tent - Daria (zomg, if I were only a cartoon)
Lara Croft - Tomb Raider (who can't love a lady like that?)
Endymion - Sailor Moon (don't even try to argue)
Garion - Belgariad (just cute all around and very nice character)
Jon Snow - Song of Fire and Ice (who doesn't?)
Gendry - Song of Fire and Ice (just read the damn books)
Han Solo - Star Wars (...)
Anakin Skywalker - Star Wars EP: 2 & 3 (*drool*)
Aragorn - LoTR
The Beast - Beauty and the Beast (*heart melts*)

5. If you could destroy any one THING (must be a thing, not a physical condition or idea), what would it be?

I would have to go with gun powder. A lot of good and ill has come of it. We have lived with both for a VERY long time now. Lets see what it would be like with out it for a bit. However just to clarify it isn't that I am anti-guns... it would just be one of the largest changes to society right now.
