[It's raining and it's raining hard (the sound of the rain comes over clear on the Dreamberry)--Yukari peers out her window even as the feed clicks on, looking concerned. When she realizes, she fumbles with the Dreamberry, looking into it fully.]

I was just wondering. Does the rain look kinda weird to anyone else, or is it just me?

Yes. This rain is quite strange... and... there's been no lightning at all.

[She frowns. Shouldn't it be impossible to have so much thunder without lightning?

She pauses before adding quietly:]

Ah, I also hope the cats are fine...

[Lightning makes her uncomfortable in general, considering her overall weakness to electricity, but--]

I thought lightning was what caused thunder though. Maybe we just haven't been noticing the lightning?

O-oh, yeah, I mean. I was just--what if they don't have anyone to take care of them, ya know?

That's correct. Which is what makes it so strange that we haven't seen any. But, ah, you're probably right... we must just not be noticing it.

[Hard not to notice lightning for so long, but there was no other real explanation.

[She breaks off with a frown, seriously contemplating going out and taking a few in, even if it's temporary. Thinking of her own cat back home in such a situation wasn't comforting in the least.]

I... yes, I was thinking of going out and taking a few in, actually. I don't like leaving so many cats defenseless in whatever this is...
