Understand that this is a decision taken by the Court after hearing the parties involved, and that it is only temporarily. As soon as your brother meet the requirements imposed by the Court - providing for his son, taking care of his son -, Sarim will be awarded to him. I will be more than happy to believe he will be a good father as soon as he proves he can provide for his son, behave in public and in general, and be a good member of society. Maybe you are willing to dismiss the way he treated Shizuka-chan, his initial reaction to her being pregnant, his criminal record and the fact that he even went as far as to use someone to find the Sennen Rod again and use it, but I am not
