total happiness!
I was at an antique store today looking at furniture, and I found something that made me incredibly happy! I have been looking for a vanity for years, and could never find a reasonably priced one that I loved. Today I did! It was antique, and it will have to be refinished (we're going to paint it black to go with my other stuff), and we have to put new fabric on the stool ( I have some beautiful toile fabric that matches my curtains), but it is fantastic! It was $140 for both the stool and the vanity. It will be the majority of my birthday present, which means that I won't really be surprised, but I don't care! I love it so much that it doesn't matter!
