First of all, you ought to resize your base:
Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Curves
Input: 16
Output: 0
Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Selective color
Reds -88/0/24/0
Yellows -52/12/24/0
Blacks 20/23/0/0
Make new layer, and fill #E1FEE3 Soft Light 100%
Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Selective color
Reds -80/29/19/27
And the last step-Make new layer, fill #090B24, Exclusion 100%
