Well, Here's a demo I did at the lightning scientific arnis yearly gathering. It's me and an Aussie friend who is also staying here for learning lightning arnis.
We basically attack each other and disarm and attack and disarm with various weapons.
My hands were oily, so I was sure I was going to drop my stick in front of everyone...
