Ok, it's been 5 whole days. And honestly, I feel I've done a pretty great job. I have had no sweets other than the chocolate chip bagel that I had for breakfast. I don't really feel that it counts, because I would have had breakfast anyway and there were only like 3 chocolate chips in the bagel, so...
To curb my cravings I've been eating a handful of Strawberry Frosted Mini-Wheats. Some of you may say this is cheating because of the "frosted" part. But mini-wheats are SO good for you. They also mean I eat less at the next meal. I feel that it's much better to eat something like this than a bowl of ice cream. And I really am already craving things less. It gets hard at night after I'm finished with work, though. Laying on the couch makes me reeeeaally crave cake.
So really, I'm doing quite well! Hurray me!
