How much sleep is too much?

Lately I've been sleeping *a lot*. When I say a lot, I mean out of the past 48 hours, I have been awake for approximately 19 hours. And never for more than 6 or 7 hours a stretch.

Last night, I got up to go to work, felt dizzy, sat down, and woke up 5.5 hours later.

I have recently also slept through important and fun things.

Am I just having trouble with the night owl schedule or is this something more serious?

I also feel like I haven't been sleeping when I wake up.

I've cut back caffeine a lot. I've stopped making coffee every time I wake up for the evening (this change has been made over the past week). And I'm trying to limit my caffeine at work and drink no caffeine after lunch break (4 hours left at work after lunch).

I don't sleep quite that much all the time. But lately I can get a full 8-9 hours of sleep and still feel exhausted.

I am just not sure when I should start worrying about my sleeping habits. Especially since I don't have healthcare at work for another month.
