For the higher levels of PSP you can simply not rename the file to a .abr for it to work. Trust me, I tried about ten thousand times. This tutorial will explain in a very easy and simple way how to get a .abr brush on both Gimp and PSP.
Things you need
-
ABRviewer Steps
1. Download abrViewer. I downloaded it from that very link and scanned, the program is clean.
2. After installing, open abrViewer.
3. See image below.
Uncheck the alternating backgrounds and set your background to white.
4. File - Open Brush Sets. Find where you saved your .abr and open it up. (It must be unzipped.)
5. Once your brush set is up you can click on the thumbnails to view them, if you wish.
File - Export - THUMBNAILS The preview export will NOT work.
6. They have now been saved in your selected file (I believe it's in a jpeg format.) You can now open them in your program and save them.
Notes
- This does not make them a .jbr or any other format. It saves them as individual images that you can open up in your program and then import them like you would a image pack brush.
- The brushes you see in my tutorial preview are
found here.
Hope this helps. Enjoy! Don't hesitate to ask any questions.
