long overdue
well well well, i THOUGHT that i once had this online journal, but since it has been a billion and a half years since i updated it, i must have forgotten about it briefly...an update is definitely in order. a lot has happenend, is happening, and will happen in the future, i predict.
well first of all, i moved out of my house on november 1st. i now live in brighton mass, the brookline line is actually only 2 houses down the street, but to be technical, it is brighton. it is a great location and my commute to work is seriously up the street. its really a nice change to my past bumper to bumper mornings full of traffic on 93. i now just have to go down beacon st and i arrive at work, with no anxiety about my long commute, since it is not longer long hehe.
yeah so i will post a few pics of my place later, its a huge, beautiful old house with 5 other people living there, one of them is my good buddy erin. we always said how fun it would to live with each other and now she lives in the room next to mine, its pretty sweet. so there is erin, marcy who is from michigan, anne is from hull mass but lived in england for a while so she has this awesome accent, nathan who i don't know too much about except that he is from texas but moved all over the place, and this new guy peter, is moving in this weekend. he is actually a graduate student at simmons and wicked nice. so its a great group. i like being away from winchester and the freedom that i can do whatever i want. not like i was very limited when i lived with my mom, but now i feel much more independent and i like that. the only drawback is that i had to give my oz to my cousin since my mom did not want the responsibility of 2 dogs on her own, which is understandable. but my cousin lives close enough so i can see oz whenever i want, which is important to me because despite his annoying puppy habits, i can't help but love that dog...
so i guess that is the major update of my life so far. im still taking graduate classes, 2 at the moment. also, i am going to see alanis in toronto, milwaukee, and chicago in 2 weeks. we have front row tickets to see her in toronto, gen admmin in milw, and like 15th row in chicago, but of course we will move up since thats way too far away. i am going to be flying, which is cool. i found a really good deal on multi city flights, so that is something that i am looking forward to.
i am still in love, to the max, with my baby girl Charlotte, who i hope to see soon. i miss her so bad but i think that can be easily assumed.
i am watching moulin rouge right now. this movie is great. i really like it, its like a musical and there is lots of singing. i downloaded a bunch of the mp3s at some point a few months ago but then kinda forgot about it. i am reminded now how brilliant this film is..
