I finally found the Diamond and Pearl episode Gary appears in, titled, "Hunter J Again! Protect the Shieldon". The downfall is that it's unsubbed and its in its raw form. So good luck trying to interpret everything, unless you know the language that is.
I am not entirely fond of Gary's Japanese voice actor (in reality, it's a female voice, Yuko Kobayashi) but none the less, it is Gary!
