wow, george isnt doing his job people say? well it looks like he did what the prez is supposed to do. as it says, he had aid set up TWO DAYS before the huricane, not to mention it is the LOCAL AUTHORITIES (mayors/governors/senators etc) to evacuate THEIR city. this country is in fact set up so that each state governs itself, however there are federal laws that overpower those state laws in certain instances, especially natural disasters of emergency magnitudes.
so what DIDNT george do, aside form get the lazy fuckin apes up from there couches and personally escort them in a bus out of their city?
