CHARACTER INFORMATION-
Canon Character and Series: VAVA from Megaman X
In-Game Name: Vava
Age: physically ( as far as when he was made ), about 5. mentally and aesthetically, about 30.
Gender: Male
Current Residence: The Goliath and various areas around Britannia.
Position/Rank: Captain of the Goliath, Rear Admiral in the BAF.

Appearance: Despite being average in stature, Vava is an intimidating figure, with a scarred, muscled build, dark hair, and piercing red eyes. On top of this, a large scar runs down the left side of his face, over his eye, leading in poor vision. When not wearing his armor, he wears glasses to make up for the vision problem. The captain also seems to have a charming air about him when he allows it, however can be extremely intimidating when angry. The scars all over his body are from previous fights he refuses to repair and he regards them as reminders of his mistakes, especially the scar over his eye.

His uniform is always neatly pressed, and nothing is ever out of order as he prides himself in looking as professional as possible. During the rare moments where he is off-duty or doing repairs, Vava typically wears comfortable, but still somewhat-professional-looking clothing.

He has an armor he wears during open combat, which covers his entire body, made of metal and other synthetic materials. It serves to protect him from most forms of heavy artillery and hand-held weaponry, such as swords, though it is still imperfect, unable to take direct blunt force for very long. The helmet of his armor covers his entire head and he often will stay in armor even if not necessary, as the helmet allows him to see more clearly than his glasses alone. A large cannon rests on the left shoulder of the armor, almost as long as he is tall. All in all, while in armor, Vava barely resembles anything that could be called "human" and he has no problem with that fact.

The back of his neck has ports to connect to both his shoulder cannon while in combat and to various parts of the ship, allowing him to perform diagnostics on his own, as well as upload coordinates if necessary.

Personality: Vava is stoic to a fault, apathetic to and disinterested in his crew and their feelings. He typically will brush off personal problems of his crew as "useless information" and pushes forward for professionalism and efficiency. The captain uses his intimidating stature to his advantage in such cases, glowering and making threats to get a desired reaction. Determined in making and meeting his own goals, Vava is most accepting of those who are willing to sacrifice themselves for his needs without question and showing loyalty to him is a fast way to get on his good side.

Vava is also extremely materialistic; he values what he owns more so than who he interacts with on a regular basis. In the same vein, Vava considers his crew to be his possessions and if any were to be taken from him, he would fight tooth and nail to retrieve them back, not because he necessarily cared for their well-being, but rather because he "owned" them first.

Extremely arrogant, Vava is also very prone to losing his temper. The easiest way to set him off is to insult his ego, deliberately back-talk against him, purposely ignore an order, or take something from him. However, Vava is also capable of putting on an air of charm to lull others into a false sense of security and he usually does so to gain trust or pacify his higher-ups, whom he dislikes having to answer to as he is extremely independent. He also often has a condescending way of speaking to just about everyone around him, laced with sarcasm and insults. Generally, Vava isn't a very pleasant person to be around, unless one manages to somehow worm their way into his good side.

Abilities/Weapons: Vava's physical strength is easily twice or three times that of an average human male and his stamina is seemingly endless. He also has a sharp mind and is extremely intelligent and insightful. He also seemed to lack any real perception of pain, making it hard to stop him in a fight.

Vava himself could be considered a weapon, mostly because that was his reason of existing. Aside from his physical strength, Vava has his armor, which serves to protect him, and the large shoulder-mounted cannon. The cannon's ammunition consists of magazine clips comparable to those used in machine guns, and it is also capable of discharging an electrical net used to immobilize other robots or similar small machinery.

Weaknesses: Vava's eyesight is poor when he is out of his armor as his glasses aren't exactly powerful enough to compensate for his injury. He has slight problems with depth-perception because of this, partially why if he ever ends up taking the wheel of the Goliath, he would most likely control it through wire up-link. Vava's arrogance and stubbornness is also a large weakness; when his mind is set on a goal, it is highly unlikely that anything or anyone could change his mind. This could lead into him charging blindly into a potential trap or weak spot, putting himself and his crew at risk.

Vava's weaponry, much like the Goliath, is large and cumbersome; it often will take him a bit to reload the cannon and the recoil can take a lot out of him if he's particularly worn. On this note, Vava's inability to process pain can prove to be a problem as he will continue to push himself without being entirely aware of his injuries.

History: Created as a part of an experiment controlled by the Britannian government to attempt to recreate a human life without use of organic materials, Vava was one of a handful of successful finished robots spawned from the project. His personality was a blank slate at first, as were all the personalities of his siblings, and he went through several programs for his default personality, finally settling on one much more stoic than the rest. After his mental and physical statuses were determined, the government decided they could use him as a military weapon due to his high stamina and tolerance for pain. Vava was outfitted with an armor made of high-end metals, funded by several supporters of the project, thus becoming the first official "living weapon." Enlisted in the Britannian military almost immediately, Vava was waived of the entrance exams and tests as he was already built with at least the minimum requirements to be a part of the Air Force. Being unfamiliar with humans and their tendencies, Vava kept largely to himself, only participating in conversations if he absolutely was required to and keeping just about everything on a business-like level.

He had a great interest in building and creating things for himself, mostly due to the fact that his ego prevented him from seeing anyone to be worthy of creating weaponry for him and thus, he started on the building of the Chimera, his first ship, only accepting the help of mechanics he evaluated beforehand. The ship was impressive and powerful, Vava's pride and joy. His first crew was the best of the best, selected to compliment Vava's distinct style and attitude towards pirates. Things were going quite well for the robot, until around his third year of activation.

A startling revolt shook the Britannian military, led by one of the formal Grand Admirals, Aizen Sousuke, a man Vava had come to respect. What made matters worse was the fact that the man decided to steal the Chimera from its spot in port, leaving Vava enraged and confused. His vision of the man and of most of the military in general was flipped, and soon Vava's already selective personality worsened; he refused to work with anyone in the military who would not swear their distinct and utter loyalty to him.

This lead to problems with his quickly-disbanding crew. Vava's unstable state led to carelessness and eventually his fighting technique suffered as his crew lost faith in him, resulting in a severe injury to his left eye during what would have been a routine sting operation. Despite how shocking the ordeal had been to those around to witness it, Vava took the injury in stride, refusing to repair it or even acknowledge its existence. In the back of his mind, he would blame it on Aizen and inwardly fume, vowing to someday confront the traitorous thief, aiming to regain not only his ship, but also his pride.

Two years passed and the completion of Vava's second ship, the Goliath, was finally upon him. Eager to return to the skies, Vava would begin to weed through the Britannian military for potential crew-mates, intending to perform extensive background checks, perpetually paranoid of another Aizen showing up.
