You'd think after all this time when we get a lull and it is quiet, it would be enjoyed rather than pointed out just how quiet it is. Though, I suppose there is that old adage or what have you: it's always calm before the storm ( Read more... )

I have the same feelings, Ayasegawa-san. Sometimes when things are too quiet, it's disheartening, isn't it?

Or perhaps we're all just conditioned that way.

Perhaps. But, I think it's best not to run away with bad thoughts and just enjoy what we have while we have it. It's exponentially less stress that way.

This is a very wise way of looking upon the situation. I shall remember to take your advice.

Of course. All that stress is bad for your hair and skin.

Thank you Hinamori-fukutaichou~ Trial and error over the years. But sometimes you come across something that works fabulously.

I wash my face every night, so that kind of does the trick.

I'd like that, Ayasegawa-san!

The soap you use can also be damaging and leave behind residue.

My pleasure. I'll stop by when you're free sometime.

It really does dry out my skin in the winter time... same thing with my hands. Do you have something for dry skin? I use lotion every once in a while, but it usually makes my hands slippery and I can't hold onto my brush.

Sounds excellent!

It sounds like you're using something that's oil-based... overly so. I think all you'd need is a good moisturizer.

Really? It's just something that simple? Will a moisturizer sink into my skin faster?

That's what it sounds like to me. I'd have to get a closer look to really judge. Hm. It usually does, but you'd need something different for your face and the rest of your body. The skin is different so it requires other things.
