You'd think after all this time when we get a lull and it is quiet, it would be enjoyed rather than pointed out just how quiet it is. Though, I suppose there is that old adage or what have you: it's always calm before the storm ( Read more... )

No, that's never fun, ha ha! I wish it would snow here. That would be hilarious watching the Espada have a snowball fight... Soul Society is really beautiful this time of year, though, I love the way the icicles look hanging from the roofs when the sky's all pink and rosy.

It is rather nice here during this time of year. Perhaps you'll be able to come back while it's still pretty~

Ah. Does it even do anything there?

Perhaps! But really, Soul Society is just as nice in the summer and fall. So all I've got left to cover now is spring! I bet it's gorgeous when the cherry blossoms bloom.

Not really! It's a white-sand desert at night all day, all year. It's pretty in its own way, though. There are a few places where it LOOKS like there's a blue sky and a sun, but it's just artificial.

True. Though it is quite hot in the summer, which I could definitely do without. Ah~ if you get the right spot it's a little breath taking during the blooming.

That sounds... really rather boring.

Really? I'll ask you for a recommendation, then, if I'm around to see it. You'd be the expert, ha ha!

Mmm...sometimes! I don't really go outside very often, though. Did you see that Grantz-san built a garden? I don't have to worry about scenery anymore!

Of course~ It would be my pleasure to share the information.

I don't think I would venture out there too much either. I heard... that was nice. It's good you have somewhere with some color to spend time~

I'd take pictures if I had a camera, it's really beautiful! I visit just about every day when I can. And the fish are so cute! If you dabble your fingers in the water, they'll nip very gently and you can even pet them for a little bit.

Oh how... fun. What kind of flowers are there?

I'm not really sure what all of them are, some I've never seen before! But it's got roses, delphinium, daisies...and there will be sunflowers soon, thanks to Kurosaki-kun! What's your favorite kind, Ayasegawa-san?

Those all sound very appealing to the eye.

My favorite? Hm. Wisteria.

You know...I don't think I've ever seen wisteria before! I'll ask Grantz-san if the garden has any. If it does, I'll bring you some for my next visit.

It's such a lovely shade of purple. Oh, that would be very sweet.

I'd be happy to! And if we haven't got any wisteria, I'll get you something else in purple.

You needn't trouble yourself, Inoue-san. Seeing your smiling face is enough for me~
