Intro
This project is akin to establishing a distillery and crafting a fine vintage. Money and manpower are directed and used to fabricate a product which will be hidden from prying eyes for decades, revealed at some future date with an aura of mystery. For twenty years we have waited for a glimpse at the fruits of our labor, without indication of the progress or nature of the final result. Many of us who were present at the project's conception will be absent when the curtain is finally drawn; and there, on a pedestal for all the world to see, will be our slow aged product, slowly bubbling and glimmering in the spotlight. Our esteemed leader, the Aegis Emperor, will step forward and examine our work. We shall await his judgment with great anxiety as he raises his glass, toasts those who stand where others have fallen, and drinks his fill.
