Til the radio plays something familiar

No car for a week (repair shop, not in trouble). However, we have 3 large bags (??) of Starburst at my house. This is the first time I've been home in three days. I have to get in touch with so very many people before the summer is over (la-la-la I'm not thinking about school starting back up...) that I kind of just want to reatreat into solitude. Also, I want to write, which I'm sure I'll get around to eventually doing.
Perhaps I should just throw a party and take out a flock of birds with a cannon?
