i purchase a metamorphose jsk . Overall experience is rated 4/5 because when i did received the parcel ( except from my problem with the postman ) i realised the dress had some stains . She didnt mentioned it so i decided to tell her about the problem . She answered really quickly . She was pretty helpfull and coomprehensive . She apologies since she told me , she have not notice any stains before sending the dress . She also offer to cover the dry clean cost . We finally get the problem fixed and everything is allright now .
I am really happy with my purchase even if there was a tiiiny problem . But we manage to get it fixed easily and i am really happy . This girl his honest and really nice .
