I bought a h.Naoto dress from her that I ended up being very displeased with: there was severe pilling on the dress, and broken threads on the back, and she didn't mention any of it in her sales post. I contacted her via PM and worked out a full refund with her. Throughout the process she was very understanding, and offered to take the dress back and give me a full refund as compensation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way she handled it. Though I was rather unhappy with the lack of description in her sales post, I'm very thankful that she was so easy to talk to and understanding to work with!
