Details: I bought the BTSSB Spring/Summer 2010 catalogue and the 2010 calender from her and she shipped it right away, fixed a tracking problem, emailed me back really quickly, and was an all round pleasure to deal with! It was all wonderful, and she even gave me a cute little sticker and left me a nice note. I recommend her to all!
