I am the buyer. Overall experience: Very good. I bought a BTSSB JSK and headbow set from her, and I definitely would buy from her again. Communication: She was super polite, let me know when she shipped things out and when they should arrive, replied quickly even when I was delayed in replying myself, and included a nice little note in the package! <3 Shipping: The items were shipped out promptly and they arrived on the day she predicted, which I thought was very fast shipping. :) They were packed up quite nicely too. Condition: Both purchases arrived in good condition. The only flaw I noticed was a small mark on the underside of the headbow, but it's not on a part you can see when wearing it. :)
