❤ Additional comments: Buyer purchased a Delft Lotta JSK + KC + OTK set from me, using a 2 month payment plan. The set was shipped to France via Priority mail with a tracking number. The parcel has clearly arrived in France, but is now caught up in customs (not sure why) and the buyer is upset, so has opened a Paypal dispute for not receiving the merchandise. I'm currently out $250 while they review the transaction.
I will NEVER sell to this buyer again, and certainly never allow a payment plan.
